Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone-Based Project Payments

Our custom software, mobile app, and web engineering services operate under structured milestone billing. Each milestone payment is tied directly to technical deliverables, code commits, and staged client verification.

2. Cancellation Prior to Project Initiation

Clients may cancel engagements within 48 hours of initial contract signing for a full refund of deposit fees, minus direct administrative setup charges incurred.

3. In-Progress Milestone Work

Once active development commences on a milestone sprint, fees allocated to completed or active work stages are non-refundable to cover engineering and infrastructure costs incurred.

4. Dispute Resolution & Revisions

If deliverables do not meet agreed specification requirements, Techifiles Technologies provides revision rounds within the defined warranty period to resolve discrepancies before final sign-off.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. For refund inquiries, email billing@techifiles.com.
