1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing the services, websites, and software applications developed by Techifiles Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our standard master service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full contract payment, all custom source code, design assets, and deliverable materials produced specifically for the client transfer entirely to the client, subject to third-party open-source licenses specified in the project scope.

3. Project Scopes, Milestones & Deliverables

All software engineering, AI workflows, and design services are executed strictly in accordance with approved written proposals, scope-of-work (SOW) documents, and defined milestone schedules.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techifiles Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered software systems beyond the contract fee paid.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulandshahr / Uttar Pradesh, India.
